Meet Our CEO – Marc

Marc is a man of many talents and passions. When he's not creating music in his home studio or traveling for mission trips, he's expertly handling accounting and tax matters. A proud alumnus of the University of Florida, Marc earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting in 2016. After spending five years honing his skills as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), his entrepreneurial drive led him to establish his own practice. Today, he proudly serves over 500 loyal clients.

Brian has over 20 years of successful business ownership and enjoys helping business owners increase profit and minimize tax liabilities. He has a commercial real estate and banking background and has worked for a major brokerage house as a financial consultant. Brian lives in the greater Orlando Metropolitan area and has a second home in the mountains of North Carolina.

Cera serves as a key operations and administrative leader at the firm, with a diverse background in property management, bookkeeping, marketing, and executive support. She oversees client services, workflow development, and internal systems, ensuring both clients and team members are supported with clarity and efficiency. With a strong focus on process improvement and client experience, Cera brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to every aspect of her work. Outside of the firm, she co-manages her family’s food and hospitality businesses and is passionate about sustainable living and regenerative agriculture. Originally from Missouri, she now resides in Florida with her two cats and enjoys spending time on the water whenever she can.

Janae has built a rich career spanning over a decade in accounting, holding notable positions such as Tax Accountant, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, and Assistant Director of Accounts Payable. Her professional path has mainly been within the Higher Education Industry, where she has gained specialized knowledge and experience. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Her status as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) underscores her extensive expertise in the field. Additionally, her goal of becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA) will further strengthen her qualifications to represent taxpayers effectively before the IRS. Outside of work, Janae is a dedicated wife and mother to four children. In her leisure time, she enjoys swimming, crafting, and taking road trips with her family.

With over 13 years of experience in accounting, Greg is passionate about helping businesses maintain financial clarity and stability. As a Senior Accountant, Greg specializes in bookkeeping, ensuring that every transaction is accounted for and financial records stay organized and accurate. Known for a meticulous approach and a commitment to efficiency, Greg takes pride in providing reliable support that allows businesses to focus on what they do best. Whether it’s reconciling accounts or preparing essential reports, Greg ensures that financial processes run smoothly and align with industry standards. Holding a BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, Greg is dedicated to upholding integrity and excellence in financial management. When not immersed in numbers, Greg enjoys playing chess and golfing, bringing the same attention to detail and dedication to every aspect of life.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Florida with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. As a Certified Public Accountant, he has a strong passion for researching tax law and keeping clients informed. After spending seven years in audit practice, he brings a deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance, now focusing on delivering insightful tax strategies and guidance. Outside of work, his interests lie in cars, motorcycles and staying active at the gym.

Anna has worked in public service since her senior year of high school and loves meeting and helping people just as much as she loves organizing—both inside and outside of work. She graduated from WGU in March 2025 with her bachelor’s in accounting and started with Mansfield CPA shortly after. She currently lives with her husband, two dogs named Yoshi and Link, and a tortoise named Bowser in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her favorite thing to do is not leave the house—whether she’s reading, doing puzzle books, playing Stardew Valley, or watching hockey or a good documentary while snuggling with her pups.

Cindy is excited to begin her career in the accounting field as she works toward earning her CPA. With a background in veterinary care and a special love for cats, she brings a detail-oriented, compassionate approach to her role as a bookkeeping and administrative assistant. Currently pursuing her degree in accounting, she’s eager to apply what she’s learning in the classroom to real-world client work. She’s passionate about growing both personally and professionally and is grateful to be part of a team where she can learn from experienced mentors while contributing to clients’ success.

With 4 years of experience working for non-profits, Joshua has moved into the accounting world pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in accounting in finance, with the end goal of being a CPA full time. When he isn’t showing his passion for numbers, he spends his time reading, going on adventures with his wife, and playing board games.

Beah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and has established herself as a U.S. Tax Accountant. She has developed solid expertise in U.S. tax preparation and compliance, providing accurate and reliable support to clients. Her strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning support her professional growth in the ever-evolving field of tax accounting. Outside the office, Beah enjoys immersing herself in K-dramas and attending concerts across the Philippines, passions that help her unwind and stay motivated.

Ellis is a Certified Public Accountant and U.S. Tax Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Angel University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He has extensive experience in U.S. tax preparation and compliance, specializing in Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120C, along with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax research. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines and passed the 2025 Bar Examination, further enhancing his expertise in taxation, regulatory compliance, and business law. With a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, Ellis is committed to delivering accurate and reliable tax and accounting support while continuously advancing his professional knowledge.
